Shipping policy

Packing time is 2 days during opening days.

We are closed on Sundays and Mondays, as well as statutory holidays and annual leave. 

Your Arachné order will be validated after 2-3 working days after conditioning.

You will receive a tracking notification upon dispatch, so you can track the progress of your order. We do our best to ensure original timing estimates are met, but cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by third parties. 

BELGIUM:

Standard shipping in 2-3 working days: €5.

EUROPE: 

Standard shipping in 2-5 working days: €16.

Please note this does not include any applicable duties and import taxes in your destination country.
