If you would like to return your purchase, the following conditions apply:

Eligibility for returns

You may return purchased products within 14 days from their delivery date, provided the products meet the following conditions:

• Complete: All items and accompanying accessories must be included.
• Undamaged: Products must be free from any damage.
• Unused: Items must not show signs of wear or use.

The products must be returned in their original undamaged packaging, including all original labels and the original invoice/delivery note.

• Products should only be unpacked and tried on as strictly necessary to assess fit or quality.
• Items that are incomplete, damaged, soiled, or missing labels will not be accepted for return.

Pre-Order, Made-to-Order, and Customized Products

Please note that products specifically ordered, created, or personalized for you are excluded from the general right of withdrawal and are non-returnable.

Return Procedure

1. Notification
   Notify us of your intent to return products within 14 days from their delivery date. Contact us via our contact form or email at info@arachne.brussels

2. Return Label
   A return label will be issued to you by our representative.

3. Shipping

   • Products must be returned at your own expense and risk.
   • Ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
   • You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

Refund Policy

Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned products are received and inspected.
Payment Method: Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment used for the purchase.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will only be refunded if the entire order is returned. Only the cost of the cheapest available shipping option will be refunded.
