Emmanuel Muraille, the visionary behind Arachné, embodies the essence of a "multi-potentialite." 

His diverse career journey reflects a relentless curiosity and a deep passion for art and design. Over the years, Muraille has worn many hats: from working as a draftsman for architectural firms to founding one of Belgium’s first multimedia agencies, to pursuing his talents as a painter, photographer, and now, couturier.

Muraille’s artistic foundations were laid at two of Brussels' most prestigious institutions: the Institut Saint-Luc and the Royal Academy of Fine Arts. These formative years equipped him with a solid grounding in the visual arts, enabling him to explore a wide array of creative mediums. As a visual artist, Muraille participated in various group exhibitions. 

His work reached a pivotal moment in 2018 when he was selected to showcase a series of conceptual photographs at the Palermo Biennale of Art. His pieces were exhibited in prominent venues such as the Museum of Contemporary Art of Sicily, the Orestiadi Foundation, and the Archaeological Museum of Selinunte.

Nature plays a central role in Muraille's artistic vision. His works, whether in painting, photography, or fashion, are deeply rooted in the observation of the natural world. This intricate relationship between nature and art serves as the core inspiration for Arachné, his couture line, where the beauty of the natural world is translated into luxurious, handcrafted pieces.

Muraille’s transition into fashion was not a departure from his artistic path but an extension of it. Arachné is a testament to his belief that fashion, like any other form of art, is a canvas where imagination meets craftsmanship.
